相信很多人都爱吃炸鸡排,肉质细嫩,滋味鲜美。今天不教大家炸鸡排,教您炸猪排,一样很好吃。不过对于油炸的食物,要尽量控制下,在家炸,吃得更放心。
用料:
猪肉,葱,姜,蒜,淀粉,盐,料酒,黑胡椒碎,生抽,五香粉,糖,油。

做法:
取一大碗,放入葱、姜、料酒,用手捏挤出葱姜水。

然后捞出葱姜渣,加盐、生抽、一点糖和五香粉搅拌均匀。

选择猪通脊肉,去掉表面的筋膜,切成大厚片,然后用干净的空玻璃瓶把猪肉敲扁。

在敲扁的猪肉上拧一些黑胡椒碎,然后把猪肉放进刚才调好的料汁里面,抓匀,使猪肉表面裹满料汁,来一勺淀粉继续抓匀,然后浸泡一会儿。

锅内倒入适量的食用油,将浸泡好的猪肉裹上一层干淀粉,抖掉上面多余的淀粉,放入油锅中炸。

炸到猪排颜色变得金黄,筷子碰一碰外皮已经酥脆,猪排开始漂浮,这就证明猪排已经炸好了,然后就可以捞出沥油。
