这个季节,树上的柿子都熟了,懒哥也摘了几个尝尝,特别鲜甜。吃剩下几个柿子,我就拿回家做了柿子饼,咬上一口外酥里嫩,特别好吃。
用料:
柿子,糯米粉,面粉,生白芝麻,红糖馅儿,油。

做法:
洗净柿子表皮,揭掉上面的蒂,撕去外皮。

将柿子果肉放入料理机中,打成果泥。

将果泥倒入大碗中,加入混合粉。

用手揉成面团。

揉好面团以后,案板上撒上干面粉,放上面团,搓成长条。

用刀切成小剂子。

取一块面剂子,按成一个窝状,放入红糖馅儿,封口,把糖馅儿包住。

包好以后,搓圆再按扁。

在饼的表面刷上一层薄薄的水,然后撒上生的白芝麻。(芝麻撒好以后,用手压一压,把芝麻压得更贴,这样炸的时候不容易掉。)

锅内倒油,待油加热至筷子放进去,周边起小泡泡就可以。

小贴士:
混合粉是由面粉和糯米粉组成的,按照2:1的比例调成。
不刷水的话,也可以把柿子饼按压在芝麻里,这样也能很好地粘上芝麻。
