丝瓜清洗干净,去皮切成滚刀块儿,放在一旁备用,再切上一些蒜片和辣椒段。

接着起锅热油,油热之后放入切好的蒜片和辣椒段。放入五花肉片儿。加入一勺料酒。把五花肉中的肥油逼出来,煸炒均匀。加入一勺酱油,加入一勺胡椒粉,翻炒均匀,接着再加入切好的丝瓜翻炒一下,炒至丝瓜变软。加入少量的食用盐调味,搅拌一下就可以出锅盛盘了。
