素八珍豆腐的家常做法

橘色的胡萝卜、绿色的青豆、黑色的木耳、白色的蘑菇,加上香菇和笋配上先煎过呈金黄色的豆腐,主角豆腐吸收了每种配菜(食材)的精华正可谓是天作之合。

一.食材: 豆腐、胡萝卜、青豆、黑木耳、蘑菇(可用杏鲍菇代替)、花生(生)、香菇和笋。
二.香辛料:葱、姜、辣椒(视个人口味)。
三.调味料:酱油、盐、糖、白胡椒。

四.步骤:
1.将黑木耳和香菇泡发(包含干香菇的碎削),葱切段、姜和辣椒切末、花生剥壳备用。

2.胡萝卜去皮切片、笋去壳切段、香菇和蘑菇(杏鲍菇)切片、豆腐切块备用。

3.烧水氚烫笋沥干后备用。

4.热锅、入油,煎豆腐至双面金黄后盛出备用。

5.热锅、入油、姜爆香。

6.倒入胡萝卜拌炒。

7.加入青豆、黑木耳、蘑菇、花生和香菇拌炒至八成熟。

10.大火开锅后转小火炖煮。
