②将鹅肉焯水去腥去油去血沫,锅中放水加姜八角白酒,切好的鹅肉放入热水中,炖煮至血沫油花漂浮鹅肉紧实,将鹅肉取出备用

③高压锅内胆放入鹅肉加葱姜,八角,花椒,桂皮,香叶,白酒,黄酒,少许盐糖加水直接用电高压档55分钟左右炖熟即可

①配料:鹅肉,土豆,八角,葱蒜姜,郫县豆瓣酱,黄豆酱,料酒,老抽生抽蚝油,盐糖,青红椒,蒜末,小葱段

②做法:热油加入葱蒜姜八角炒出香味,加郫县豆瓣酱,黄豆酱炒香炒出酱香红润<郫县豆瓣酱和黄豆酱比例为1:1>加老抽,料酒炒香入味,加入切好的土豆翻炒入味炒出油润色,清炖鹅肉的鲜汤倒入土豆中,加入炖熟的鹅肉,加糖二勺尝味加少许盐,大火炖煮开锅中小火炖至土豆熟透汤汁浓郁,加入青红椒碎和蒜末翻炒入味,加入生抽蚝油调鲜关火加小葱段用炉火余温炒香入味出锅
