用料:
芹菜,红甜椒,生抽,米醋,糖,辣味汁,盐。

做法:
去掉芹菜的叶子和根部,把芹菜洗净,用刀切成小段后,再改刀切成丝儿。(尽量切薄一点,这样更容易打卷。)

将切好的芹菜丝放入清水里面浸泡。(水最好是冰水,这样泡出来的芹菜丝儿更脆,更容易打卷。)

红甜椒去蒂和籽,片掉甜椒内壁较厚的部位,再改刀切成细丝儿。(甜椒丝儿也尽量切薄、切细一些。)

随后将切好的红椒丝,放入清水里面浸泡。(最好是冰水,这样泡出来的红椒丝儿更容易打卷。)

锅内倒一点水,放入2勺白糖,半小勺盐,再滴入几滴生抽和辣味汁,搅拌均匀。

熬至糖化开以后,关火,倒入2勺量的米醋,搅拌均匀,晾凉备用。
捞出打卷的芹菜丝和红甜椒丝,沥水,放入大碗中,拌匀。
