1.蹄髈1个,用面粉洗干净备用

2.冷水下锅焯水,焯水时加料酒.生姜片.葱去腥,沸腾后撇去沸沫,3分钟后捞出洗干净备用。

3.然后切分成大块,放进锅里,再开水没过肉.中途可 添加 开水.八角半个,姜片4片.花椒十几粒,中小火慢炖1小时。

4.冬瓜一小个, 去瓜皮,去瓜瓤,再切成片备用。

5.把熟肉捞出。
